BPO — Mistreatment of ex-employees and denial of full and final salary

Hi, Dated 28/06/2014 I was an employee of RH Group/International/BPO ltd. till March, 2014. I was told by Deepika (HR Head) & Neha (HR) on 23rd April 2014 that our process got shutdown in other words it got closed therefore you are requested to come on April 24 for Full & Final Settlement because our April Salary was due. I and my friend went on 24th April 2014 morning we met with Deepika she told us to sign No Due letter and fill up the form for full & final to be processed. I asked her why we should sign this No due letter she replied if you don`t then you will not get any experience/relieving letter & your last salary cheque for the month of April. I denied it then she threatened me with word called COURT. I had a doubt on it and therefore I didn`t signed on it I just wrote my name in block letters. Then Deepkia Head HR told me that she will send me relieving letter on mail on the same day & you will get your salary in next 45 days. She also told me that she is going on leave for 1 month and she will be back by last week of may, Neha will be in-charge for your full & final. In the entire month of may whenever I contacted Neha she kept on extending days to just update me. Also I was not able to join any other company because wherever I showed RH group Experience, there HR rejected my exp. because Neha or any HR Employee from RH never picked up phone neither they reply us on mail. Due to this my experience got reduced and my salary suffered. At last on 16th June which was the day told by Neha and Deepika to come and collect full & final Pymnt + letter. I and other employees went there again and we were told that you will get your F & F plus letter on 28th June for sure. Reason for delay said by HR head Deepika and Neha was hilarious they said Cheques are not signed I told them how can cheques not be signed there are only 20-35 ex- employees, there amount is also not high. CEO & manager they both are in company it’s been more than 60 days. There land line numbers are out of service, Try calling Deepkia Mobile number she never picks up, We don`t have any other number. The only way to contact is reach RH office and then listen to their excuses, every time we visit they say cheque are not signed because they are out of town, if they are out of town then how come other employees who are working there are receiving their salary because it’s the same person who signs there cheques too, who will sign our cheques too. Sometimes HR comes with weird excuses one time they said Manmeet (CEO) signs cheque and he is on leave, when Manmeet is there in office then they say Alok who is manager signs cheque (who is on leave today) and when both Alok and Manmeet are there in office then they say Sanmeet signs cheques. To overcome this situation we even told them to visit Manmeet & Sanmeet (who are brothers and lives in Delhi probably Malviya Nagar) house or Alok house and get cheques signed as they used to do early when we used to receive salary by this way. I don`t know when this going to end up its affecting my experience, my salary, mentally and physically because visiting in hot summers day between 11-1 pm is dangerous. Some ex-employees who were with us have given up hope they are afraid to go to court or do an F.I .R. against these people. Therefore some o[censored]s have decided to stand up and teach them a lesson to stop misbehaving like this and give us our salary, stop exploiting employees we are not your slaves we have rights too. At last about this company I don’t think is registered company they don`t provide P.F, they don`t provide us tax Certificate for which we are entitled to have. They deduct tax on weird calculations. Please help us with this.
