BPTP — Electricity outage

Sector 83 bptp parklands greater faridabad
There is no light since morning 6 am
It has been 9 hours.
There is no help as the concerned people are not picking up calls.
Please help because it is summer time & we have kids & elderly people at home. It is very hard for them.
