Brand Factory Online — complaint about item delivery and cancellation

Good Evening,

I have a problem with the
brand factory online shopping ( https://brandfactoryonline.com ).
I have ordered the item ( order no: 27778) with the cost INR 1599/- after the delivery (june 25th 2019), i cancel the item with the reason different color on the same day i.e on june 25th 2019, but they didn't come for pickup and also my money not refunded.

i tried to call the customer care ( [protected] ) they didnt pick up the call.

please help me on this.
