Brand Factory — regarding wrong charges for carry bag and alteration of clothes. | |
I have purchased clothes from brand factory agra and they charged me rs.8 for carrybag as it should be free of cost with every purchase. Why there is an extra carrybag charges. On other hand, i have also make request for an alteration of a trouser, it is also chargeable for me as rs.15 charged to me but alteration should be free of cost, then why there should be alteration charge.
