I have ordered two juicers from Brandfete.com on August 18th-19th worth almost 1200 rupees. I paid through credit card for the two products. I received a mail from them which contains a thank you note for purchase. I replied to that mail and the mail is not working. I messaged them on Instagram and Facebook pages and no reply from them.
Currently their Facebook page is not available and they have been changing their Instagram page very frequently.
I have also messaged on their new Instagram page (brandfete555) and also the mail ID present in it but no response from either.
