Charing 50rs extra for delivery as the delivery boy says that he will not get salary, diesel for vehicle and the agency would ask them to collect from the customer to compensate these expenses. And we don't get any kind of bill for the delivery, this is a huge money laundering from people as each customer pays 50rs. The amount might look small but when we calculate for the huge people taking into account, the figures will shock us. Concerned authorities should take necessary action as soon as possible. He charges Rs 50 for each delivery. When I said that we are not supposed to pay as per rules and its all included in the receipt.
He says rudely "either you pay or let me go and come back after 10 days"
He behaves like a rowdy. This is very wrong and threatening. My wife gave Rs 50 and asked him to go and not to make issues in apartment.
Please take action against B. R. Gas Service. They very well knew that delivery guy is doing like this but still they do not warn him
