Bridgestone Tyres India — defective tyres | |||||
I have a very bad experience with bridgestone tyres. I purchased new swift dzire 2017 model with company fitted bridgestone tyres on july 31st 2017 from jayabheri motors visakhapatnam, when on december 16th 2017 front left wheel tyre got side wall patch which i considered as physical damage. After month second tyre i. E is right side back wheel which has a point hole on side wall. So immediately i informed to varun maruthi dealer in viziangaram where iam living. They inspected and lodge compliant as a manufacture defect but bridge stone people replied that its like physical damage by external unit. But the given explanation is not con-vincible. 100 percent it is manufacturer defects for both tyres. There are many complaints lodged against same issue.
