Bridgestone Tyres India — tyre got blasted and observed cracks on other tyre

Hi, my car's right front tyre was blasted while i was driving in bumper to bumper traffic. And i also observed cracks on my right rear tyre.

Date of purchase of my car: 23rd feb'18
Car model: tata tigor xz (O)
Purchased at venkataramana motors, kushaiguda, secunderabad, telangana

So, i request you to send your representative to my home asap to look into this issue.
