Brigade Visas — Amount Refund

I have made an enquiry for brigade visas for Canada and after that I have paid all consultancy charges, after that we had covid 19 lock down, at the same time I have lost my job asked them to cancel the process, they said they will cancel the process however they will not return my amount as I signed in their Mom.then I siad okay to continue they told complete Wes, at that time i siad I am not graduate person, they said complete graduation, I said now I am not interested to complete that let me k ow is any other possible options, after that till now I did not received anything,
It is been 14 months and still i don't have job and paying much interest what I paid for them.
