The frequency of 313 buses in the evening is very less and we have to literally wait for 30 to 40 minutes every day in peak hours. In spite of less frequency the 313 buses are diverted to short distance trip. Regarding this i have already made a complaint through mail [protected]@bestundertaking.com on 23rd april'18. On 23rd april'18 bus no.313 which is starting from santacruz and the final destination is at kurla. 4 buses got diverted to short distance route till kalina and university stop instead of kurla. We were waiting in the stop for 45 minute and 4 buses 313 came and conductor not allowed any one to get in and told that the bus will go upto kalina. Again on 16th may, 2018 in the evening at 6.08pm bus no. Mh 01 5066 bus again has been diverted till vidyanagri. The buses frequency is so less in number and the crowd is intolerable please arrange for more buses. In the same route 311 is short distance route from santacruz to air india the frequency of this bus is withing 5 to 6 minutes and most of the buses and empty with 10 to 15 passengers.
