Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — phase burning... once in a month

We are the residents of new bdd chawl no.17, naigaon, mumbai-14. We have 2 phase of electricity in our building out of which one phase always burn once in a month.

Also it's take almost 2-3 hrs to repair the issue whenever occurs. Every time we stays outside.

We request you to repair this at permanent level.
