I am usually not a traveler by BEST buses. We were born and brought up in Mumbai, and such have travelling numerous times in a BEST buses. Firstly let me take the opportunity to thank the BEST organisation for its continuous services and support to the society during the pandemic. Secondly the changes in the price of the tickets with an intention to increase the computers is a positive sign towards retrieving its bad financial crisis. Last entire week I have been travelling from Mulund station west towards Goregaon. Unfortunately I had to travel by bus route 459 starting between 5.45 and 6:00 p.m. from Mulund station on three consecutive days with the same conductor who usually wears red cap I have enclosed herewith the photograph off the bus details. I appreciate and a follower of the law of the land and everywhere that standing passengers are not permitted in this situation. However the bus conductor was full of attitude and ego and on a couple of occasions I have seen him pushing the passengers out of the bus. This bus with driver name samadhan usually stops between every bus stop to ensure that the passengers standing are made to get down and importantly between the stops is to create an inconvenience to them. Yesterday on the same route the person got in the bus on a tuning when the speed was the lowest however the conductor had a big fight with him and used all the third grade bad words against the passenger. Not only the bus got delayed for almost 78 minutes but they abusive language was embarrassing for the women traveller in the bus I have actually seen women keeping your hands on the ears. With all the pains and strategies used by your esteemed organisation for creating the goodwill amongst the commuter is getting malide because of such nasty characters with your organisation. This is a complaint against absolutely rude and unethical behaviour of your conductor whose number I couldn't catch but sending you a copy of my ticket on the bus and the bus details in photography engrossed.
