[Resolved] Britannia Industries — all biscuits broken in the pack | |
I bought this britannia nutri choice essentials ragi cookies (0% sugar) biscuits from a local shop in pimple saudagar. The packaging looked very nice. There was outer moderately thick paper box and inside each set of 3 biscuits were desperately packed in air tight seal. Despite when i opened the individual seals, i was disappointed to find that all biscuits inside were totally broken. See the attached photo. Date of manufacturing 3/4/2019 Lot no a041986 Machine code - 11a I suggest the company to improve the packaging system when the cost of the product is very high. Rs 60 for just a small pack. While company can argue that it was in good shape when it left the factory, the fact is it goes thru a lot of movement by the time it reaches the retailer.
