[Resolved] Britannia Industries — bad quality burnt marie gold biscuits
We recently purchased a pack of britannia marie gold biscuits and majority of the biscuits were burnt. I am not sure how is the company ensuring quality to its customers.in such a crucial time we managed to stand in line for hours to get biscuits etc and this is what we get. His the # is that even fair? Does the company have an adequate and efficient quality check department? The company needs to compensate for this or we will take this ahead and lodge a complaint.
