British Council — Not yet got the score card for the exam i have taken in aug 2015

My name is Konal Sharma.I had taken the exam for ielts by british council in Aug 2015. I dodnt yet got my score card i have called them up many times but issue didn't resolved. I have also mail them. My candidate number was 038347. I am not able to apply without that score card, Please help me so that i can start applying for immigration. Thanks
