Your technician [protected]@[protected] taken micro oven out for repairs and collected rs2500/-.in jun'18.
Found nil response from him after escalating to your customer care and several warning on police complaint he returned the same on monday, without repairs.
Mr [protected]@[protected] assured action but responding to my calls now.
Its. Almost three months passed. Poor response and inefficient tech support.
Really disappointed.
Plse arrange refund of money paid immediatly
