I too am a victm of the so called BRP developers blue heaven project, I had bought an villa in 2009 from its so called proprietor Promod Gupta, till date he has not completed the villa, as an Nri and non resident of Mangalore I am not able check status of the villa, every year he promises to complete but doesnt do it, As we r nri he knows we will not be in the country for long time and have to retun back abroad, he has been taking undue advantage of it. Al though 90 percent payments have been made he is not doing any work in villa, the villa is only 60 percent completed and no job is going on Was this information helpful? |
