BRTS — Complaint against the driver

On dated[protected] between 22:30 to 22:40 BRTS NO. (GJ01 DX 1259) bus overtake me on chimanbhai bridge, torrent power end side and it overtake from wrong lane. I was on my activa and the driver almost hit me and turn on Dharamnagar side, who was responsible if I had an accident. Which kind of person you had appointed, did they knew rules not to overtake from left side. Please look into this type of irresponsible driving skills, may be today I was lucky what if other time some unlucky one will have an accident. This lockdown period no one was on bridge and if something happened and he will run away who will be responsible for all this thing, I was in shock after this but don't want someone else to feel the same way I'm feeling right now.
