BRTS — Complaint against the driver

On dated[protected] between 22:30 to 22:40 BRTS NO. (GJ01 DX 1259) bus overtake me on chimanbhai bridge, torrent power end side and it overtake from wrong lane. I was on my activa and the driver almost hit me and turn on Dharamnagar side, who was responsible if I had an accident. Which kind of person you had appointed, did they knew rules not to overtake from left side. Please look into this type of irresponsible driving skills, may be today I was lucky what if other time some unlucky one will have an accident. This lockdown period no one was on bridge and if something happened and he will run away who will be responsible for all this thing, I was in shock after this but don't want someone else to feel the same way I'm feeling right now. If you have any online portal for complaint please inform and do some actions.

I am travelling from BRTS since few days. I am new to the city so asked the ticket person which bus should I catch for the specific route. He is not concerned or interested in helping or answering as if I am begging them for some money. The way and tone was so rude and unhelpful. I missed 3 busses back to back just because he couldn't tell me that my bus is arriving and on which door number. Because he was too busy with his friends chit chatting. This happened to me along with few other passengers at shastrinagar BRTS stop. Pathetic.

I have experienced this so many times. Thry are least interested towards passengers, but just wanna chat with their friends sitting at the window counter. So pathetic. Disgraceful staff!!!
