BRTS — legal action | |||
Dear concern, There is a person who's name is "Hitesh Desai" sitting at Sola bridge brts ticket window in the evening between 4-6. The person holds so much of attitude, don't know why! But he never gives ticket on time. Just because of him we missed our bus many times. When the bus arrives & we ask him to hurry up, he keeps on searching or do some thing in that ticket machine, that he doesn't give us the ticket till the bus leave the station, and then he smiles. If the bus arrives at station, we ask bus driver to wait for few mins so we can board the bus, the driver do stop for us for few mins, but this person don't give is the ticket untill the bus leave the station. Could have let it go if it happened only once or twice. But we are a regular traveller of brts & he keeps on doing this frequently. I mean, how such a person can hold so much of attitude & ego. What does he get by doing this to other citizens? THOUGH YOU PEOPLE DOESN'T RESPOND. STILL LOGGING A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM. *IF THE ACTION WOULD NOT BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM, WILL GO FOR LEGAL ACTION THAT'S FOR SURE* Besides, it's your duty to resolve the issue. I read few of the complaints where you people doesn't take our issues seriously. Well, if this happens here, will be taking a legal action against that fellow. Thanks & regards.
