Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — BBMP Park caretakers dumping dry leaves next to road and our houses

The caretakers of park dump dry leaves together inside the park but it is very next to road and our houses. When ever the wind blows all the dumped leaves enter our houses making a mess. When we tell the park caretaker not to dump at a place which can come to the road and our houses, they are least bothered. They claim that no one has come to collect the leaves months together. What is the point having a park which is creating nuisance for the residents around. Can concerned authority tell the caretakers not to dump leaves which can come to roand and our houses. I have attached a pic for your reference. I had raised a complaint 3 days back but nothing has been done till date. This park is very next to BBMP dry waste center in Anandnagar.
