Dear sir/madam,
We stay in Munnekolala, Marathahalli. The stray dogs creating too much problem every day. They are tearing garbage bags and spilling over the wet waste. They are spoiling our plants. They tear the milk packets as well. They always bark in the night times and are disturbing our sleep too. The garbage collectors are not taking the garbage until we tell them. They kept our wet waste bin un attended for more than 10 days which leads to insects, flies and bad smell as well.Can you please take necessary action on this and free this street from this stray dogs or put some garbage bins in the area.
