Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Street Light Replacement

I am Staying in No 239, Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage 9th Block Near Hanumagiri Temple. The Street Light In front of our house often fusses out leading to lot of problem. The bulb replacement has taken almost one year which was replaced in March 2021 after lot of persuasion. Now again the bulb has fused about as on 18.06.2021. Site by the side of my house and opposite side 3 sites are vacant wherein snakes etc. dwell around. We the residents are very scared to walk at night. The maintenance In-charge for our Area says he will visit and replace the bulb. But he has not turned up so far and not picking the calls.( Today I tried to call). I request you to look into the above and Replace the Street light bulb early.
