I mailed a package last year and has been held up in Brussels since December 1st !!!
I don't get it back, no communication nothing, this package was insured and if you don't send it back you should at least let me know what is wrong with is. It had nothing weird in it just Christmas presents.
Can you let me know please?

Did it finally arrive? I have the same problem since 2 feb 2021.
A parcel I sent to my son Paul Hewett in Leuven, 3000 has been stuck in cusoms since 22.1.21. Will it be released soon please. The reference number is RN[protected]GB. It contains navy blue Adidas trainers. My sons address is KAPUCIJNEN VOER 124/0102, 3000, LEUVEN, BELGIUM.

Why did it clear customs and is now being held in customs??? If it cleared customs why hasnt it been sent for delivery?

I have the same problem with a package sent to BELGIUM from Puerto Rico, USA. It arrived BRUSSELS EUROPEAN MAIL CENTRE, BELGIUM on April 22, 2021 and still there now. The tracking, CH[protected]US, information say:
Held by Customs - Invoice missing
If the package have a issue and no delivery is possible, why they don't send it back? My address is on the box. Do they have enough space for all packages they hold???
Please, I need my package bag, it contain 5 small speakers that don't have value because are broken, but will be repaired by someone in Belgium.

Package was returned after a complaint to USA Postal Service. In my case, maybe they try to deliver because I been trying to contact the gentleman in Belgium who I sent tha package and he don't answer my emails. Something happened to him, very sad. A lest, package was received in perfect conditions.

Is my package lost or stolen? I payed for first class shipment with insurance.

All necessary documentation and safety information was supplied and Belgium customs has just allowed the package to remain "held" since Feb. 10. It is now Feb 24. Why is no reject reason provided by Belgium customs?
