BSA Hercules — Bicycle not satisfactory from the date of purchase average 30 days in usage

From date of purchase so many repairs have been done, so for it is in usage of average 30 days only till the date, within this span wheel shaft changed bearing changed some bearing balls changed, I don't understand within nine months such kind of repairs required for new bicycle ?
As I am not satisfied with the bicycle performance pl. arrange to change the bicycle.
I hope my request will be considered and oblige
