I purchased the hercules roadeo cycle from m/s andal cycle stores on 25th aug 2016. I am encountering issue related to the fork on the front side of the cycle frequently from the date of purchase. As a result, the handle is shaking at the junction of fork and can’t be used considering safety for the kids. The issue highlighted to the service personnel, and the solution provided was temporary in nature (I. E. Just tightening the fork), each time the cycle went for periodic service.
I went to the service center once again 3 weeks back with the same issue, the service personnel mentioned there is need to change the front side fork, but later again was adjusted with some other parts, (Again solution in temporary nature). I went y’day to the store and spoke to mr karthik, highlighting the same issue and the solution provided is to replace the fork, but there are no stock of fork (Or) no fork with the same color.
My concerns are as follows:
1) because of the issue, it's not safe to use the cycle by the kids, and the cycle is not in usage)
2) when we are aware of the issue, why permanent solutions provided?
3) why do i need to travel to the store again and again for fixing one issue, pertaining to the new cycle.
Now the cycle is with the store from y'day (8th june'17). Please direct your concerned team/service center to replace the fork immediately with the same color, and for some reason if there are no stock of fork with same color. Please instruct the service center to replace this model with a new model.
