Bseb Ofss — transaction are not done but deducted from the bank account

Dear sir i pay bseb ofss fee through sab paisa of my two tranjection are not done but payment was diducted from my sbi account i add the pic of tranjection detail of both payment both payment are done for intermediate application intermediate application id and password are
