BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. — removal of electric cable from the trees as per ngt orders.

The bses yamuna power ltd was requested to remove the electric cable
From the trees by e - mail dt.19.10.2012, 17.6.2013, 2.5.2016, 24.8.2016, 9.8.2017 and personel visit to bses office and telphonic request to the bses staff in front of my house at h-97 ganga vihar gali no. -6 po. Gokalpuri delhi -94. Till today after repeated request the bses did not take any action regarding to remove the electric cable from the trees as per ngt orders. Now it is requested to kindly remove the same at the earliest.

Dear sir/madam
My application number is [protected] and deposit payment on 11 September 2017 and till date meter not installed.
And there is no update on BSES APP
