BSF — Non received my bond paper

Hi sir this is Vinod kumar from BSF, i had opened my PLI in sep-oct 06 in 475 BSF STS BENGLORU AIR FORCE STATION YEHLANKA .till now i have not received any receipt and/or policy bond.A monthly premium of INR 475 is deducted from my salary.so it is requestd to send my documents as soon as possible .
