BSNL — Bsnl not giving port upc no
I have been trying to port my BSNL prepaid no. since April 27. I have sent port message multiple times. I receive msg saying "unable to process your request. Try later"
Customer care told me it is a server issue. will be resolved in 24 hrs.
They are giving the same answer for the past 20 days
I went directly to the BSNL office. The customer care officer told me that Yes. we are having port server issues...and if I paid 100rs. and converted my 2G sim into 4G, then I can get port code
Now if there was a server issue, how can only a 4G sim be allowed to port and not a 2G sim.
