Bitter experiences with the officials of the exchange at k. K. Nagar,
Chennai. One has to run from pillar to post to address one's grievances
And there is no proper guidance or help for the poor customers. All the
Taff members seem to tend to parry their responsibilities. If one
Goes to a particular counter, the official there simply directs one to
Another counter. The staff at the counter direct one to another counter.
In this way, one has to run here and there to get frustrated. The special
Counter for complaints/grievances is for name-sake. The official there
Refuses to receive any written complaints. The whole staff enjoy their
Lives at the customers' money. The accounts section and the commercial section are housed in the 4th floor. (Like in a dungeon).
It will be a horrible experience for the senior citizens. No officials there
Will attend to you. They will pretend to be very busy. There one can see
The a. O, sitting comfortably and turning the pages of a book, her eyes
Fixed downwards. She will not bother your presence standing in front of
Her and will never hear you or attend to you. If you give a letter, she will
Imply throw it on your face and murmur to herself something, as though to drive away a stray dog. She is such an unmannered woman.
There are gms who are the authorities for the redressal of customers'
Grievances;but they never tend to listen to the grieving customers or
Entertain their complaints. The govt; should do away with the unnecessary posts. The gms are of no use. Bsnl is highly corruptive
And k. K. Nagar exchange is the most corrupted one. Will the govt; at the
Centre revamp bsnl to serve the customers fairly with total dedication?
