For over one month (Since 25/09/2019). No response after lodging several verbal complaints. Since the services are not made available
Since 25/09/2019, bsnl should not levy the monthly charges and
Waive the same till the services are made available / restored to the
Normalcy.
Problem of whatsoever nature need to be sorted out urgently
