BSNL — Fraudulently charging for irregular broadband services. | |||||
Dear sir, Ref: cpgrams reference no. Dotel/e/2017/07798. (Please refer) Fact: Broadband service is highly disturb in my hometown even in nearby region. Though the service is irregular, bsnl is regularly raising bill without any rebate and collecting the same. Issue: Upon receipt of redressal from the above said department, i noticed that in point no. 1, bsnl is accepting there is irregularity in service in the some mentioned region. And also mentioned in point no. 2 condition for rebate, if a person wants to claim any rebate then he/she should give the same in an application. Concern: If the irregularity is not person specific instead they are expecting written application from each and every consumer solely. Why? If there is area specific irregularity from the company side. As per my opinion/request the same rebate should be given suo moto if there is no any mala fide intention of the company.
