BSNL — not receiving calls from bangalore

Dear Sir, My name is B.Satyanarayana, my no is [protected] .It is a new connection activated on 24/04/2015. The problem is we are receiving calls from all over India except Bangalore. My son is continuously trying to call through different Operators including BSNL from Bangalore.But he is unable to connect.He also called to one of my neighbours number to that phone also he is unable to get connected. We complained at Manglagiri Telephone Exchange, They told us that there is no problem at their end.
