We regret to inform you that even after a month, the complaint is not attended to, neither the telephone is functioning but BSNL is billing for the same.
Despite repeated telephonic attempts to the authorities did not yield any result.
In this contest we would like to surrender the connection and take back the deposit amount by submitting the non-functional equipment.
As our repetitive effort to do the same didn't get any response.(We are senior citizens, still in this covid situation we managed to travel 5 kms to personally address the matter in exchange without any response or cooperation from the staff.Even they denied to give any acknowledgement to the complaint.
We therefore seek your intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Please note due to covid scenario and being senior citizen, it is impossible to visit the exchange repetatively.So we request you to stop further billing, refund the security deposit and close the connection as we don't intend to avail BSNL service any more.
Hope you will look into the matter and stop the billing at the earliest.
