BSNL — Unable to send port message. | |
Sir/madam, I am a bsnl customer for more than 10 years. Recently, the network problem is very high. Hence i want to port my number. I am trying for past 20 days to port my number. I visited bsnl office regarding this, they told that so many customers are coming regarding this issue. But they dont have a solution. They verified my account and said that there is no problem in your sim. They ask me to try again and again. I tried and tried. I book a complaint via 1503 for three times. Today i called to know about the status. At that time the person in 1503 said that, it won't to be resolved in a rude manner. I dont want to continue with bsnl. Please help me to get a port number.
