[Resolved] 210 Savitri Nagar, New Delhi-17 — Illegal Construction and Encroachment of Public Land | |||
To, The Lieutenant Governor Delhi State Hon'ble Sir, Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic consideration for the following facts that:- I Mohammad Zia Siddiqui R/O UGF-1, C-205, MEO Plaza, Savitri Nagar near Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17 on behalf of all the resident of Savitri Nagar, New Delhi-17 would like to beg to draw your kind notice that an illegal construction is in progress at 210 Savtri Nagar New Delhi-17 (MCD SOUTH DELHI), Which is constructed without any approved sanction plan & it is against the plans of building bye-law. Builder Dinesh Arora has encroached and dug the street which belongs to the resident of Savitri Nagar where hundred of people passes by everyday which includes the children and old aged people too, after repeated objections from our side he is not ready to listen and continue the work in full flow. In addition to this our DJB pipelines are also passing beneath the encroached area and electricity street light pole also been encroached. We (resident of the said area) has approached and reported this act to the local police station (Malviya Nagar) and D.C. of MCD (South zone) but no action has been taken so far. Sir, we are in deep trouble so therefore this is our humble request and prayer to you to look into the matter and take appropriate action against this unlawful act and do the justice to us. respected sir/madam,There is an illegal construction of a five story building going on in E-165 nehru vihar and the owner has encroached her premises beyond normal (about half the street covered by her premises).we are facing a lot of problems as our vehicles dont have space to pass by.Please take a quick and necessary action against the owner.
