Bulk sms premium claim to provide bulk sms services to customers.in reality, after getting the money, they block your number / live chat and all other mechanisms.

They told me that they will give 100% delivery and instant delivery for transaction route.

I tested their service with 10 numbers and sms was received on all 10 numbers. So i thought it works fine. So i bought transaction route.

I sent sms at 8.30 pm to 25000 numbers. I have included known 100 numbers in that set. None of the numbers received bulksms. When i checked their delivery report, it said that at 11.30pm sms were delivered to nearly 95% of the numbers.

For most of the known numbers, the report claimed that the sms was delivered at 11.30 pm. So i raised ticket on their platform asking for explanation http://websms.bulksmspremium.com/home.html

According to trai rules, transaction sms should not be sent after 9 pm. But their report claimed that it was sent at 11.30 pm.

I did not receive response for three days. I contacted the sales person (Abhishek) on phone.. He did not pick up.. Messages on whatsapp... No response... Called again... Abhishek blocked my number.

Contacted them through live chat, they closed the chat after knowing my profile. Writing this complaint so that no one else falls as victim.
