Bulk SMS — sms not delivered in time, some time miss

I have purchased Bulk SMS Package from :-

SMS FRESH VENTURES, R546, New Rajendra nagar, New Delhi 110060
Email : [protected]@smsfresh.co, Phone: [protected].

First they have given me bulk sms regular package, but sms delivery from this package not done properly. Hence I request you for fast sms service. They have shifted my package on top priority after extra payment of Rs. 4300/-. But after extra payment SMS service is not improved.

SMS was delivered after 2 or 4 hrs & some time not delivered, but credit is decuted from my balance.

I have loged complaint so many times on support, But till date my issue was not solved.

they have not provident best support to customer.
