Busindia — ticket not booked; but, amount debited

Sir/mam,
I have made an online booking for seats 57w, 56a in prtc bus for 3/6/2019 5:25 am bus from pondicherry to chennai.

But, when i paid through my paytm wallet, suddenly, the page not working error popped up and money was already debited from my account. I neither received ticket booking confirmation, nor my money back. I also don't know if the ticket has been booked.
