Nearly a year completed but CALL did not receive..

In 12/12/2016 i purchase yamaha fz 16 from kannur kerala showroom with bussan finance and i successfully repaid the loan amount at the promised time.due the mistake in paper work of the executive the first payment note credited from the bank, and remaining all the emi was successfully paid before due date, and now when i requested for noc nobody responding properly and all of them are saying like bussan finance is closed operation in our state .only the just have an toll free number that was not connecting the call, please provide a alternate solution for getting noc,

Loan NOC Letter

I have taken loan for Yamaha bike (FZS) from Bussan Auto Finance India Pvt. Ltd.

My bike registration number is MH-12-HR8959 (Chasis # ME121CO81C2045564, Engine # 21C8045618) and loan agreement date : 13-Jan-2012.

I have paid my loan and and I need the NOC for this loan. I am trying to call the customer support number since last 3 days but ne answers.

I request you to please help me out this matter as am in abroad, and I have sold my bike it is still pending for transfer. please help me before I get in to any trouble. Please check the attached file.

Hi, i have been paying loans since 3 years now. EMI of Rs 2534.00 on your LAN TW007INR00783884 is due on 08-MAR-22. I am trying to call the customer care but not finding the right contact.
