I have bought an Yamaha r15v3 in finance. I have paid all the installments on time but haven't got my NOC till even I went to the Nissan auto finance office begumpet Hyderabad there they said me to submit the documents required for NOC and I have submitted all the documents what they have asked me for after that they said they will call me but they have not called me since they have not called I went to the office again they said due to covid there are no employees so wait for some days I have waited for 2andhalf month even though I have not got NOC SO again I went to office now they are telling company is permanently closed. Now what should I do I want my NOC of my bike because of no NOC I'm facing so many problems . My loan account no is TW009INR00746065
So I request you kindly to deliver my NOC on my address as soon as possible.

      i have bought a vehicle from Raghavendra show room which is located in biramguda.lingampally hyderbad.telangana in the year of 2018 taken in finance with Bussan auto finance and i have done fore closer in 2020 with their agents.untill now i didn't received NOC from Bussan auto finance
      when i go to their office they closed their branch from hyderabad location
      so many people suffering like this problem only.

        Dear Sir,

        As you know, in 2020 Corona Virus was on high so I just asked to BAF that is he can extend my EMI but there should be no ant extra charges if there is any extra charges then I will regularly as per i am paying and then BAF inform me there is extra charges then I didn't reply as confirmation that I am ready with that extra charges but BAF just informed and implement without my Confirmation mail and BAF asking to 6, 000 extra, but I haven't confirm to BAF then why i will pay to BAF ?

        Everyone knows that in 2020 was very poor but BAF just thinking about there profit only, even didn't miss any single EMIS paid on time every singe month

        Kindly help now BAF forcing to me to pay 6000 as extra amount.

                                  As I got call from baf call centre and approach in wrong and not get the proper manner..and still not clear my loan clearence and why is the due is still, as per the statement..

                                      I have taken bike loan form BAF india and from last 2 year 11 month Emi working properly but Jan 22 this month Emi bounced even i have balance in account and i tried contact customer care but no any response, even i have mailed complaint in BAF india, but still no response . they are not ready accept only i getting messages pay emi with bounce charges, in this case i dont have mistake still BAF asking me to pay bounce charges.
