    My loan no TW005INR00741346. I had opted for moratorium of five months as per the guidelines of RBI. Actual EMI is closing on 8.11.2021. EMI for five months is 5×4772= 23860.. Now they say I have to pay emi for eight months 8× 4772 = 23860. The interest charged for 23860 is 14316. This is quite exorbitant interest charged on the customer. More than 60 percent is collected as interest. Due to lockdown the RBI had given the moratorium. But it is also being misused by the finance companies to collect quite exorbitant interest like( kandhu vatti in tamil). 14316 interest for 23860.

          I have taken the loan for my bike in your finance company, I was given the ECS every month due to some technical error the ECS was not deducting.
          Every time i use to get the call and was paying by cash or online transfer.
          But this month i got the call from your team to pay the emi and i told her that i will pay on 5th Dec-2021 and today i got the text from executive that to pay but i told her i will pay tomorrow due to some my personal issues,
          But the way the lady responded was very rude and she littrley threatening that she will seize the bike and now i am scared and mentaly disturbed,

                                    This is yogesh and i had purchase my Yamaha FZ bike since 2015 and my loan and aggerement number i.e. TW008INR00352910, I am waiting for your revert.
                                    Since last month to asking about my NOC letter and ask per our communication done on email..I had paid of 300 rs. In axis bank. Still Nov 23rd 2021. My issue not resolve.
                                    I am really disappointed for your services cause last one month to asking my NOC letter still not received.

                                    Hope you are supporting to your existing customer.
