I purchased fz-s version 2.0 in omalur t. k, salem d. t. on may end 2016. i leaved vehicle for 1st service in yamaha showroom, my bike have been ceased direct from showroom without my permission, and when i ask them. reply as an very local persons. they told, 1st emi not passed in bank, so they ceased the vehicle, anybody from your finance not informed me the due date. i explain to the salem manager and i told, i ready to pay the due amount now. but he didn't accept and he went and told, do what u can.
This is the way of dealing the customers, i pay the due amount at any time, before 13.07.2016 afternoon if i didn't get vehicle from bussan finance, i am ready to file the case against your finance and yamaha showroom in consumer court. my vehicle no : tn30 bw 5915, owner name r. karthick raj.

    My emi is collecting by your representatives (M. R. Associates, pallimukku, kollam) every month from my home on their own time. Last month one mr. Vishnudas, id no. 854, tel. [protected] told me that i have 2 years of cheque bouncing charges. Even from the beginning, i have ensured regular payments. But they may collected delayed. This is to request to you to send me the statement till date and take necessary steps to solve the problem soon as possible.

      See I have already paid the emi amount of 5185 but yesterday one of your representative called me stating they are not able to deduct the amount I have the proof that you guys have deducted the amount.

      On 13 June 2016 the amount of 5185 has been withdrawn by Bussan Auto Fiance

      See to that this is sorted out before[protected] before I could proceed further with legal actions.

      I hope all the information's are been clearly mentioned above.

        Sir am telling about this month on 3rd june i close my loan rs 3100. The executive told me to pay on 31st may. But in some kind of problems i pay on 3rd july in executive hand by cash rs 3100name jyothish number [protected]. The problm is i ask jyothish i want bill. But he escape from me. And i go to showroom and i got ' only 1910 rupees bill at the date 31/06/2016. I attach the bill. Balance cash he didn't give to office. So please do immediate action. And i glad to say that the executive language is very bad and he went to my home and talk to my mom wrong words too

          Sir, the processing fee @ 6.5% seems to be high. Same is not mentioned in the company site.In addition to that loan shield charges rs 972 and ecs charges rs 550. All the above charges may be categorically mentioned in the company's web page. Regulatory of the above charges may be obtained from rbi and to be displayed on company's web page. Also customer care of baf india intimated that professing fee [protected]@3.5%. And roi is 12%. Same needs to be clarified. Regards

                Hi this is vijayakumar from chennai, i had closed my emi with busaan on last month 8-apr-2016 (Last emi)
                Loan no:tw005inr00375767
                Towards the purchase of yamaha bike, received closed status letter and noc scanned copy, but amount of rs.14, 468 is reflecting in cibil records and my cibil score is 580,
                I contacted cibil customer care they said busaan has to update my records in cibil later i contacted busaan customer care they said it will take 90days to get reflected.

                I got job two offers in finance/banking sector but both got rejected at the time of appointment due to low cibil score.
                How come 14, 468rs is reflecting even though my file is closed one month before. Now am jobless will you be responsible and compensate my salary.

                Mail sent to busaan customer two days before till now i dint receive any acknowledgement or call from your team. Worst and worst service

                  Hi team,

                  I would like to informed you that very poor & disaster services i have never been seen in my life from busan auto finance team.

                  Firstly i called to customer care ([protected]) ms. Kavya picked up my phone didn't resolved my query and give me the your delhi regional office number ([protected]) but no has picked up the call i tried more than 10 times. Than i called to your corporate office number ([protected]) one lady has picked the call talk to me very rudely. She said why you have called this number, who give you this number and tell me called this number ([protected], again no one has pickup the call). While i asked to lady that your behavior with the customer is very rudely, she replied we are just like that and disconnected the call.


                  My query is:- this is my loan number (Tw004inr[protected] and installment deducted date is 2nd of every month. If you check details i have paid all the installment on time however this month due to some circumstance there is no balance in my account so realize that as per all finance company busan auto finance has also a same procedure and i credited the amount on very next day. When i asked today why balance is not deducted then they replied esc only one time procedure in a month. However three more loan is running in my account if there is balance low or not available they process the esc request second time within 24 to 48 hour.

                  When i asked the same with your customer care or your corporate office they replied it is not possible. I just asked why it is not possible because in all the finance company is going to rule of rbi..

                  Also the behavior of the lady who is sited your corporate office is very rude..

                  I would really appreciated if you clear my query and revert asap. Because i didn't give the extra payment of my loan.

                      Cheque bouncing fee Rs.300/- Penalty fee Rs.5/ TOTAL. 305/- But the dealer charge Rs.1039/-. After explaining the issue now they charge Rs.500+ something. He doesn't even attend my call hereafter. Your customer service is not satisfactory. It is very poor . I have nothing problem at my end . I have enoungh money in my account for all the months except April 2014. For that only I have to charge Rs.305/- .But they didnt answer me properly. For each and every question if i had asked him he takes one day time to answer me. This is not fair. I expect speedy and fesible solution

                                    I have taken loan for yamaha bike from Bussan Auto Finance Indai PVT. LTD.
                                    My loan A/C No. TW641INR00066430 and loan agreement date : 30-NOV-10.
                                    I have paid my loan and have received NOC for the same, in that NOC the engine no & chassis no is wrongly mention.
                                    As I decided to go to abroad for work I sold my Bike & put my bike papers at RTO to transfer on second party, that time I came to know that the engine & chassis no on NOC is wrong. I called to BAF Thane office they told me to send them a scan copy of NOC 7 they will issue a new NOC. I requested them to send it as soon as possible but I did not recived it before I went to abroad. The email was sent on 30-March-13. Many times my wife called to thane office but no use, even I called them from abroad but got just commitment no result. Finally I requested by email to [protected]@bafindia.com and got replay, your query has been forwarded to the concern department.They will get in touch with you soon.
                                    But till today no one called from BAF India & have not received my NOC.

                                    I request you to please help me out this matter as am in abroad, and I have sold my bike it is still pending for transfer. please help me before I get in to any trouble. Please check the attached file.

                                    We would like to inform you that the NOC has already been processed once in May’12 & then in Feb’13, If you wish to re-issue the NOC, kindly deposit Rs 300/- to your nearest Axis bank (mention your loan agreement number “TW601INR00066430” in place of account no. in deposit slip) or you can also transfer the amount in below mentioned account.

                                    Please share transaction details after making payment with scan copy of RC, once we receive the same will arrange to dispatch the duplicate NOC at your registered address.

                                    If you wish to dispatch the NOC on new address then share Standard address proof-OVD (Officially valid documents) i.e., Water bill, electricity bill, UID, Voter ID, DL, Passport and NREGA Job Card for updation of new address in the system.

                                    This company is fraud...I brought two wheeler from Yamaha finaced by them... They could not cut money from bank(EMI)inspite of having sufficient cash in bank instead they came to my house to collect cash throught the year...troubling me...these ###S sons...as hole company son of beach...bloody hell...Now they are charging me fine bank charges which is there fault 800 (approx) ...They are truly ### company...Never finance from these ###S...

                                      I live in coimbatore,I Took my vehicle in coimbatore orpi showroom they arranged me loan and other formalities in coimbatore itself, since my loan period has been completed i ask to coimbatore branch manager to issue me the NOC but there was no proper response and he was talking so arrogant, for a period of 1 month its been like this. i was also asked to come to chennai to receive my NOC but i was not able to come over there because of my health issues so kindly send me the NOC through Courier or by other means

                                      I vipin purchased a fzs in 2012 n it was financed by bussan n could not make ecstasy from my account so i did nt maintain d bal in my account as I was aware of it I tried many times to re apply for ecs but it culd n' t happen due to bussan 's fault n even don't takd to m about that I paid all emis in cash but from last few month no body has come to mi tried to pay all the emi at one time but pitam pura branch refused to give m any full n final payment certificate they only giving m hand written slip that's y?? I did nt made d payment till now they r chaaring all penalties to m n pay of 11 emi I'm ready to pay n 60 percent of the penalty was waived off but not giving m any full pay letter ...I want letter which shud include that between u n bussan no payment has been left to pay n u will get ur noc wid in 10 or 15 days or 1 month. ...vipin [protected] noida

                                        I am Reegan, I have purchased Yamaha Fazer bike on an Auto loan from (Mani Motors, Tondairpet) Bussan Auto Finance. At that time I don’t have Any Current Address Proof in Chennai. So i Purchased by my Friend name (Mohammed Hussian).. After That Hussian Unfortunately Closed That accout, on that time I called up to the bussan auto finance and asked to change my account number to the loan they said that they cant do like that then I said“I will pay the installment amount evey month to the collection Fe”.They said that they don’t have any problem with that but you will be charged around 350 rupes for cheq bounce.i accepted the condition and I paid the instalment till july.on july 16th my bike has been lost,I made a complaint on police station after that and I got my bike after one month.on that time I have been charged around 8000 rupees for my bike maintenance in workshop. so I called the bussan auto finance Chennai(+[protected] and informed everything and asked one month time for august and september instalments.on that time they agreed for that.after that I went to bangloore, on that time one of the collection executive went to Mr.Mohammed hussains home address and asked for the payments, the very same day Hussain informed me,again I called the bussan auto finance Chennai and asked for time to pay,again they given the time.This was happened on august 28th.afther that I came to Chennai to settle the loan,but I don’t know what happened to your department they seized my bike on September 1st.and asked to settle the amount.also they have sent a letter to Mr.Mohammed hussain for asking the payment of 37691 before 15th of September.he informed me about that and I went to your Chennai bussan office to settle the loan on September 16th with that amount. but they have been charged extra 402 rupees.i paid the amount 38093 ,they told me that only 17th
                                        September they can handover the vehicle.after i leaved from your office I received a call from the same office and asked to pay another 500 ruppes for settlement,they also said that they will cancel the receipt and will give you a new receipt of amount of 38593 rupees.i also I accepted that and I informed that I will come tomorrow with that amount.i shared this matter with my friend who is working in consumer complaint department Chennai.on September 17th morning I went to your office with that 38093 ruppes receipt and another 500 ruppes cash to settle the loan .they gave me a new receipt for an amount of 38593 and asking me to take my vehicle from another place.on that time my friend senthil who is working in consumer department chennai called Mr.Nethaji ([protected] HEAD COLLECTIN MANAGER)and asking just about my loan status.Then after nethaji called me and said that he cant handover the vehicle he need an appologise from mr senthil who called him.MR.NETHAJI threatening me and abusing me. he said that if this continues he will never release my NOC Letter.i begged mr.balaji to hand over the vehicle.after a long conversation he agreed to hand over the vehicle.i got my vehicle on sameday afternoon. I paid around 2000 rupees in workshop for my bike. they completely broken the lock and wiring system of my bike. who will going to pay this amount?how can you charge around 5000 ruppes extra from me?you seized my bike only just for one month pending instalments.how can this possible?and ask your staffs to talk generously to the customer..i need the full details.this is not a good movement by a best financing company in India. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter. Seizure of a vehicle should be a solution to the parties who are not paying the EMIs. Talking rude can be a solution to a party who is not cooperating. But I don’t fall in either of these categories Please give a solution to this situation.if you cant solve my problem iam going to register a complaint on consumer department
