Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — bounce charges

I have missed my last 3 loans due to problem with my account fraud.. The collection person informed me to just pay my loan amount and the bounce charges will be waived off... I paid the entire loan now... When i call the contact center they informed me that i need to be pay bounce charges to get the noc.. Which is insane... If this person should have given correct information.. I should have adjusted money from someone and paid it before due... Its like insane.. Not at all happy.. It seems auto bussan is reaping off people... Giving half information after loan is paid.. That is there techque to get extra money from people.. I wont pay the bounce charges i want to to be waived off.. Loan nolone no... Tw601inr00458452
