Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances — about service to complaint request

On december 12th morning i registered a complaint about burner not working properly. Follow up on that 13th morning 1 made a call again, on that time they told me it's will take 48 hours for the service once you made a complaint... Ok company policy..? And now it's 72 hours finished! Still no one responded to the complainant...
Now my question is?
If the company cannot manage they suppose to do why they offering.
Please dispose don't burden to others!!!
