Hi, I have given my induction stove for service at perambur branch of butterfly service center on 27th March.
I have received a sms on 29th March stating the ticket has been closed which means the product is ready for delivery from service center. Message below for reference.
"Dear Customer, call no B[protected] has been closed on 29-MAR-21 with 0 Charges.Thank you- Butterfly. Feel free to call our customer care : [protected]"
I have gone to service center today to collect the product but I have been advised that it is still in testing so come and collect it on Wednesday. If the product is in testing, why did I receive a sms with service ticket closed.
I see that a lot of miscommunication here. Please take a appropriate action immensely.
