[Resolved] Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances — butterfly gas stove fire thru on/off knob | |||
I bought Butterfly Gas stove on 06/04/2018 at Chennai saravanas store.With in four months my stove got fired on 18/07/2018 thru the On/Off Knob. We all got panic and more frustrate at the moment Because of the flame spread-ed out and firing approx 3 feet from the stand.Too much of material loss.we tried to conduct Butterfly service person he simply replied that Our technician will contact you and then we will take further action. Very worst response and unsafe product from the company. Help to get the new product, or guide to will go to the Next level for better solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
