I purchased Butterfly Brand four burner glass top gas stove on 22/08/2017. Now, it is under warranty and it is not proper flame due to choke in gas stove pipes. In this regard I registered my complaint in Butterfly customer care on 04/02/2019 and I received complaint ID No. B[protected]. I got a call from customer service staff and they said to me within two days our service people will contact you for service your gas stove. But, nobody contacted me from butterfly service side. After that again I contacted customer care on 09/02/2019 and 12/02/2019 for this issue. Still nobody contacted me from butterfly service side to me. Now, we are cooking in our old gas stove.
Please settle this issue immediately or if gas stove service not available I want money whatever I paid for purchased gas stove. Was this information helpful? |
