Complaint no. B[protected] date 25/11/17 Signature+gt 2b red stove purchased on may 2017 at chennai trade centre Today while cooking it broken in to pieces and punctured the leg and got wounded with blood loss. I really wonder how this product released without safety precautions and which regulatory body approved??? Still i wondered the behaviour of customer care, just a person visited taken photo. Asked me to wait for 15days for replacement, until then i have to keep the broken stove. I asked him to take back to your office, but hesitate to take back he called his service head, that bleaty don't know how to talk and disconnected the phone. Now my question is how to remove the broken glass pieces, where to keep the stove? Was this information helpful? | |||

I gave my butterfly grinder for service as the motor got spoiled. They told it wl b solved with in 48 hour. But now it's been more than a month. Still that complaint is in open state. And response from customer care is also not good.
