Buysnip — formatter board for canon lasershot lbp 2900 printer

I had placed an online order for the above mentioned formatter board to buysnip on 1st sept 2018. Order no. #56004. I have already paid them rs. 1847.00 through netbanking. Was expecting the material to be delivered at the earliest. But since then i have not received my material. The contact number mentioned in their website was also not working. Got their mobile number as [protected] in the web and contacted them. They are only giving wrong commitments till now. I tried to cancel the order and asked them to refund but that also they are not doing. Always giving wrong information and after more than 2 months also, they are not giving any proper reply. There is no provision to cancel the order also in their website. Request to kindly take action against this company so that other consumers should not suffer. And help me in getting me refund the money from this company.
